A single spot has opened up on my March 25-30 bubble-netting whales trip in Sitka, Alaska!

This trip is timed to coincide with the return of the Humpback Whales to Alaska. After not eating for most of the winter the whales return hungry for the abundant herring that spawn in the waters of Southeast Alaska. And the Humpbacks voraciously hunt for the fish. The Whales team up to cooperatively herd schools of fish using “bubble-nets”, then simultaneously lunge from the water, mouths agape, as they suck in hundreds or thousands of herring in one giant gulp.

Having witnessed this behavior on a few occasions, I can safely say, it’s one of the most dramatic wildlife spectacles you can imagine.

During the trip, we’ll have four full days of whale photography aboard a custom-designed expedition boat, that is perfect for photography with open decks, but plenty of indoor space to get out of the weather. Nights will be spent in a private room at a harbor-side hotel in Sitka. No sharing is required!

This trip is all-inclusive. Just get yourself to Sitka, Alaska by 25 March, and I’ll take it from there. I’m offering $250 off the regular price ($4700) for anyone who takes this last spot! $4450 for this? You can’t beat it.
