Payment for day trips is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payments are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by the operator (David W. Shaw/Wild Imagination Photography). There is no cost to change the dates of your trip (but depends on availability).
A $500 per-person deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your place. This fee is non-refundable. The remaining amount due is broken into two payments, the first due 30 days after booking, while the second is generally due 30 days prior to departure (this may vary). Once payments are submitted, they are non-refundable, but may be applied to different trips if you need to change your dates or itinerary.
I strongly encourage all participants to acquire trip cancellation insurance which will cover the costs of the trip in case a personal emergency or conflict prevents you from attending.
Credit Card Processing Fee
A 5% fee will be applied to all credit/debit card payments (does not apply to $500 deposit). Payments may be made by check to avoid the fee.
All participants are required to sign this Liability Release prior to taking part in any tour.
